There are two ways to register, by mail or online.

MAIL: Select the ‘Registration form’ page to download, print the form, complete and mail with your check or money order.

ONLINE: If paying by Zelle, click the ‘Zelle eRegistration’ page to register online and pay electronically. Instructions are at the top left of the online form.

Saturday, August 9

Chase City Banquet Center, 514 North Main Street, Chase City, VA

**Onsite registration will be available.

SATURDAY

The event on Saturday will be indoors at the Chase City Banquet Center.

Themed Event: Boots on the Ground ~ Cowboy Style

Attire: Jeans, cowboy/cowgirl outfit and your favorite hat.

4:00 pm   Doors Open / Registration

5:00 pm                                    Kick off

5:30 pm                                     Dinner

6:00 pm                    Caricature Artist

 7:00 pm                                    Auction

 8:15 pm                            Talent Show

  9:00 pm           Dance the Night Away!

TALENT SHOW! 
TWO catagories: Kids & Adults

Come showcase your talent. Notify us of your participation by July 15, 2025. Text your name, BFR Talent Show and the tile of your song or music to Deneen at 571-214-4348.

This year we will have a stage! So, dust off your talent and bring your best performance for the talent show.

We would like to have awards for our talents, so be sure to let us know by July 15.

The Registration Deadline is August 1, 2025
